Privacy statement
Responsible for your data: 6 Consultancy BV (Clovis Six), Deurnestraat 21, 2640 Mortsel, enterprise number 0784.622.706, contact@6consultancy.be.
In short
- What you send me through the form or by email, I use to answer you and make a quote. Not for newsletters, and I don't sell it.
- If you click Accept, Google Ads measures your page visits. If you came through a Google ad, I also report that you sent the form. Google receives technical details such as your IP address, but never what you type.
- You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

What data
If you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, your email address, your phone number, possibly the name of your business, the package and type of organisation you pick, and your message. I ask for your phone number for the free conversation in which I get to know your business. The form sends your enquiry directly to my mailbox through Lovable's email service.
I don't ask for more than I need to answer you.
What for and on what basis
To answer your question and, if we work together, to make a quote and follow up on your project. I don't use your data for newsletters and I don't sell it.
Legal basis for an enquiry or project: steps you ask for before a contract, and then carrying out that contract (article 6.1.b GDPR). I keep invoices because accounting law requires it (article 6.1.c GDPR). For keeping the site secure and for Lovable's visitor statistics, my basis is a legitimate interest: I want the site to work safely and to know which pages are visited (article 6.1.f GDPR). For Google Ads I ask your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR).
How long
I delete messages that lead nowhere at the latest two years after our last contact. I keep client data for as long as we work together. I keep invoices for as long as accounting and tax law require.
Lovable and Cloudflare keep their logs and cookies for their own periods. The cookies are listed with their duration further down.
Where your data is stored
My mailbox runs at OVHcloud. The website is hosted through Lovable and Cloudflare. Lovable processes form data to send the email and records sending statuses. Because every visit goes through these services, they see your IP address and browser details.
The fonts are on my own site and are not loaded from Google.
On my case pages I show the client's live website in a frame. Your browser then connects to that website, which sees your IP address and can set its own cookies. That client's own privacy statement applies there.
Visitor statistics and security
The site uses Lovable's visitor statistics. On every visit Lovable sets a session cookie (session-id) that lasts 30 minutes. Lovable records the address of the page visited (with any ad code in it), the site you came from, your browser, your language and a country it derives from your time zone. Lovable also records usage events and technical errors, without a cookie. I don't ask for consent for these figures, and I don't use them for advertising.
Cloudflare sets a security cookie (__cf_bm) for 30 minutes to recognise bots.
Google Ads
Google Ads is the advertising service of Google Ireland Limited. After your consent, Google measures your page visits, including direct visits. If you came through a Google ad and sent a message, I also report that. This lets me measure and improve my campaigns. A page visit does not count as a sent message.
The Google tag loads on every page, but only after you consent. Google receives your IP address, browser details, visited page addresses, the referring site, Google cookies and any ad click code. For a message sent after an ad click, Google also receives a random number that makes the message count once. I do not pass on your name, email address, phone number or message to Google. Personalised advertising is switched off.
Google may process data outside the EEA; see Google's privacy policy. Google decides how long it keeps its advertising data. Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR).
I ask every visitor for consent with the banner, wherever you are and however you reached the site. I store the click code from an ad link only after you consent. Earlier visits and messages without consent are never reported afterwards.
Rejecting or changing your choice
You can reject or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. I then delete the click code and the Google cookies and storage I can reach on this site, and nothing more goes to Google. You can clear cookies on Google's own domains through your browser.
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing goes to Google and I ask nothing. Your choice has no effect on the contact form. A message you sent without consent is not passed on afterwards. Consent lapses after twelve months. If you visit the site again after that, I ask again. A refusal stays in place until you choose again.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data, have its processing restricted, ask for your data in a portable format, and object to its use. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email contact@6consultancy.be; I'll answer within one month.
If you're not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
